THE CHUCS COLLECTION Italian Dining in West London

WELCOME TO

The Chucs Collection

Since the launch of the original and much-acclaimed Chucs on Mayfair’s Dover Street, the group has expanded to other iconic locations across London.

Nestled on South Kensington’s Old Brompton Road, Chucs Café Kensington encompasses a dining room and large dual-aspect terrace. Next, saw the launch of Chucs Café Chelsea on Lower Sloane Street, as well as Chucs Belgravia.

Our most recent restaurant, located in St John’s Wood, offers a spectacular white marble bar, plus a chic outdoor terrace.

Chucs, Mayfair is an opulent, old school Italian restaurant. And it’s so authentic that, after a negroni (or three), you could be forgiven for believing you’re actually dining on the glamorous Amalfi Coast, rather than on London’s Dover Street.

Take V.F. on a second date to Chucs Café Kensington and we’ll definitely be your Valentine. This sleek but cosy spot is bringing a new lease of La Dolce Vita to the gastronomically boring end of the Old Brompton Road, with Chucs’ signature brand of Italian classics served in upscale brasserie-esque surrounds.

Chucs latest outpost in Kensington boasts a wraparound terrace, which serves as a perfect spot for an Aperol Spritz and a bowl of its delicious signature - the bigoli cacio e pepe. Heaters and blankets are available for when the temperature cools. If you're hungry, start with the beef carpaccio and the chilli burrata, both of which complement each other beautifully. Alternatively, if you're searching for a snack to accompany a few cocktails, don't miss the truffle arancini - mouthwateringly good rice balls that will have you polishing the plate.

Of course, in true Italian style, an aperitivo is as vital to your meal as the meal itself. The cocktails are simple but excellent – go for an Old Fashioned. If you go for something too sweet, you might feel a little uncomfortable by the end, because trust us you'll be feeling more than just a little full by the third course.
